Cv999 is committed to maintaining an AML/CFT program that complies with applicable laws and regulations and aims to detect and deter money laundering and financing of terrorism. The objectives are to protect the integrity of the Cv999 platform and uphold public confidence in the financial system.
This policy applies to all Cv999 customers and all activity conducted on the Cv999 platforms. It governs customer onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and reporting obligations as required by law.
Cv999 implements an internal AML Program based on risk assessment to achieve the objectives of AML/CFT legislation. The program includes policies, controls, governance, training, and regulatory reporting as required by applicable law.
Cv999 conducts customer due diligence to identify and verify each customer before enabling account activity and on an ongoing basis. The procedures are based on risk assessment and include identity verification, assessment of source of funds, and ongoing monitoring.
Customers must provide information and documentation regarding the source of funds for deposits and, where relevant, the source of wealth for higher risk profiles or large transactions. Accepted evidence includes payslips, bank statements, tax returns, or business accounts. Cv999 reserves the right to suspend activity until verification is satisfactory.
Cv999 monitors customer activity and transactions on an ongoing basis. Thresholds for enhanced due diligence include, but are not limited to, deposits, bets, or transfers exceeding the equivalent of €2,000 in a 24-hour period, unusual patterns, or rapid movement of funds between sources. In such cases, additional information may be requested, and active monitoring will continue.
Cv999 shall retain records of customer identification, verification documentation, transactions, and due diligence measures for a minimum of five years after account closure or after the end of the business relationship, or longer where required by applicable law.
Cv999 promptly investigates any indicators of suspicious activity and complies with all reporting obligations to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. Reports will be filed as required, and Cv999 will cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement inquiries and provide information as permitted by law.

Data is kept confidential, used solely for AML/CFT and account management purposes, and retained for as long as necessary or required by law. Cv999 employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.
By opening an account, customers consent to Cv999's KYC procedures and data processing for AML/CFT compliance. Customers have rights to access and correct personal data where permitted by law, and may withdraw consent where processing is not legally required.
Cv999 provides ongoing AML/CFT training to staff. The AML program is governed by a designated compliance officer and is subject to periodic internal and external audits to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
